Our Help Meowt program is designed to help reduce the overwhelming number of cats suffering, being euthanized, or entering shelters simply because their owners or caretakers cannot financially provide the veterinary support they need. Through this program JSCR provides financial assistance to shelters and the public for cat related needs, such as spay/neuter, vaccines, veterinary care, and even food.
By covering a portion of these expenses, JSCR makes it possible for cats to stay in their homes with their loving owners. JSCR is also able to support the health of community cat colonies and improve the quality of life for cats in shelters. Our Help Meowt program is a win-win for cats and the people who love them.

Please note, completion of an application does not guarantee financial assistance from JSCR. Additionally, funds are paid directly to veterinary offices and will not be distributed to individuals.
